  • "2nd Sunday Breakfast" - March 8th +

    Please come and join us on Sunday, March 8th for the KofCs monthly "2nd Sunday Breakfast" from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Donations for the meal go to support the church and youth programs.  Offered this month: scrambled eggs, sausage, hashed browns, pancakes.
  • Wine Tasting - April 18th +

    Come join the KofC's fun evening of socializing, and tasting wines. The event runs from 7 p.m. - 10 p.m., April 18th, in the Church Parish Hall.  After you find your favorites, purchases orders can be place for convenient pick up at a later date. Light snacks will be provided. TICKETS are $25 per Couple or $13 for individual. For tickets and information, please contact Jon or Kristy Hicks at (618) 288-4068. All proceeds go to funding activities of the Knights such as Scholarships, Youth Activities, Totus Tuus and Church support.

Barry Harmon;   March 19 “The History of the Catholic Church” @ St. James (St. Jacob) - Deacon Bob Crosby, OFS;  March 26 “Catholicism Around the Globe” @ St. James (St. Jacob) panel sharing, with photos and display on St Jerome'sParish Twinning Project.  Please RSVP on the St Jerome website www.stjerome.org.   Time Frame of Evening: 6:00-6:30 pm Simple supper provided by hosting parish; 6:30-8:00 pm Presentation, with time for dialogue; 8:00-8:30 pm Coffee, punch, cookies.   Funding for the speakers is being provided through the Springfield Diocese of Illinois' Harvest of Thanks, Springtime of Hope campaign for adult faith formation.
  • Mother of Perpetual Help—Parish Mission - March 8th - 11th +

    Mother of Perpetual Help—Parish Mission MPH Maryville is offering a Parish Mission, Sunday, March 8-Wednesday, March 11 with a Prayer Service and “mission homily” each evening @ 7pm. There will be refreshments and fellowship after the Sunday and Wednesday evening gatherings. We welcome Fr. Jack Conley, CP, a Passionist Fatherfrom Chicago. Fr. Jack’s ministry as a retreat director, parish missioner and speaker find him in parishes throughout the US each year. Fr. Jack seeks to help people move from suffering, sin, and grief to healing, reconciliation and deeper spiritual peace. Please consult our parish website mph.dio.org for more information.
